Role Overview

We are hiring a senior Database Administrator (L3) to manage large scale Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments. The role focuses on performance optimization, migration projects, high availability architecture, and secure enterprise database operations across hybrid infrastructure.

You will support mission critical production systems and collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to maintain reliability, scalability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Oracle and MSSQL enterprise databases
• Install and configure databases on Windows and UNIX platforms
• Plan and execute database migrations and upgrades
• Analyze application architecture to design database deployments
• Perform advanced performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Design partitioning, encryption, and security frameworks
• Manage backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies
• Administer ASM disk management and capacity planning
• Support HA/DR implementations (Data Guard, AlwaysOn, SRDF)
• Deploy database changes across environments
• Provide production on-call support
• Participate in audits and compliance processes
• Collaborate on patching and infrastructure upgrades
• Monitor database health using enterprise tools
• Support cross-functional teams during incidents
