Database Administrator

We are looking for a skilled DBA ll Noida ll 5+ yrs of exp. to join our

engineering team. The candidate will work on developing frontend & backend services, RESTful

APIs, and microservices, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver

high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain MySQL and MS SQL Server databases
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot PL/SQL and T-SQL scripts, procedures, and functions
• Manage database performance tuning, including indexing , query optimization, and execution plan analysis
• Implement and maintain database replication , backup, and recovery strategies
• Monitor database health, capacity planning, and high-availability solutions
• Administer databases on Linux environments
• Support database deployments and operations on Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Ensure database security, access control, and compliance with best practices
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams for smooth production support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with MySQL and MS SQL Server
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and T-SQL
• In-depth knowledge of indexing , performance tuning, and query optimization
• Experience with replication , failover, and disaster recovery setups
• Solid understanding of Linux system administration
• Experience working with cloud-based databases and services
• Ability to troubleshoot complex database and performance issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with managed cloud database services (RDS, Azure SQL, Cloud SQL)
• Knowledge of automation and scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell)
• Database certifications (Oracle, Microsoft, MySQL)
