Project Role : Database Administrator
Project Role Description : Administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases. Perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. Install database management systems (DBMS) and provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.

Summary: As an Oracle Applications DBA, you will be responsible for administering, developing, testing, and demonstrating databases. Your typical day will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining new databases, performing backup/recovery, and configuration management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain Oracle databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and high availability. - Perform database tuning and optimization, including monitoring and troubleshooting performance issues. - Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures, ensuring data is protected and recoverable in the event of a disaster. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database systems meet business requirements and integrate with other systems. - Provide technical support and guidance to application developers, ensuring database design and development best practices are followed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Applications DBA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Database Cloud Service. - Expertise in database design, implementation, and maintenance. - Experience with database tuning and optimization, including performance monitoring and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures, including disaster recovery planning. - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Applications DBA. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful database solutions. - We need resource to work daily from client office in Mumbai (BKC)
