Project Role Description : Administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases. Perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. Install database management systems (DBMS) and provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.

Summary: As a Database Administrator, you will administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases. You will perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. Your typical day will involve installing database management systems (DBMS) and providing input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance. You will be based in Gurugram and should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA). A 15 years full time education is required for this role. Roles & Responsibilities: - Install, configure, tune and maintain Oracle database and additional responsibility for the Database Administrator will be to mentor junior members of the team. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design, implement, and maintain new databases. - Perform backup/recovery and configuration management. - Install database management systems (DBMS). - Provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance. - Collaborate with teams or clients to understand their database requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - RAC Experience,ASM,Datagaurd,Backup and Recovery,Patching,Upgrading and performance tunning - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architecture. - Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms. - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA). - This position is based in Gurugram. - A 15 years full time education is required.
