Position:- Data Warehouse Analyst - 3Yrs

Job Location: - Ghansoli Work from office

Shift:- General shift work from office

Job Purpose:

He/She should work as a key member executing mapping, supporting documentation, and practical project activities under the direction of the AVP and participate in a data warehouse renewal project.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate and confirm requirements with business users and IT; support requirement clarification, impact analysis, and documentation.

2. Business Requirement and Data Mapping Coordination

Collect information from business users and IT specialists as instructed, organize and document details, prepare drafts, support gap analysis and mapping documentation, escalate issues as needed, ensure accuracy and completeness.

3. Documentation and Quality Control

Prepare, review, and update data mapping documentation and related project materials.

Support in compiling project documentation and maintaining consistency in deliverables.

4. User support and knowledge transfer

Promote standardization of deliverables and knowledge sharing within the team and assist in end-user adoption activities.

Requirements:

Experience in banking roles involving data alignment, mapping, or documentation for information systems (DWH/data mart).

Hands-on DWH/data mart/EUC or BI tool experience (business or IT side).

Experience collaborating across business and IT teams; strong skills in documentation

Preferred skills and personal attributes:

Experience in DWH system renewal, requirements definition, or data migration/projects.

Strong analytical skills, reliability, attention to detail, ownership of assigned tasks.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proactive learner and team player.

Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members; strong leadership and a high sense of responsibility.

Experience:-

Total exp:- Between 3 - 8 yrs

Relavent exp-banking operation, DWH ETL/ SQL, project management, documentation, stakeholder management, data mapping, data mart.

Preferred candidates from Chennai & under 20 kilometers distance
