Job Title: Data System Analyst (DSA) x 2

Location: India Remote (Hyderabad/ Pune / Bangalore geographies preferred)

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard & Reporting Development:
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Python, Power BI, or Grafana to enable data-driven business decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with developers, QA, operations, IT, and business teams throughout the project lifecyclefrom requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights through data analysis.
Data Management & Integrity:
Analyze and interpret data tables and attributes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
Independent Problem-Solving:
Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills while working independently on complex tasks.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Grafana.
Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and relational databases.
Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
