As we expand our Data & Analytics capabilities, we are looking for a passionate Data Specialist who can transform complex datasets into meaningful business insights.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and technically strong Data Specialist who can work across data analysis, data modeling, automation, and business intelligence dashboards.

You will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, building interactive dashboards, and developing data automation scripts to support business and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Insights

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Perform data exploration and statistical analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Develop advanced SQL queries and analytical models.

Dashboarding & Data Visualization

• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using:
• Power BI
• Tableau
• Google Looker / Looker Studio
• Present complex data in clear, visually compelling formats for business stakeholders.

Data Engineering & Automation

• Develop automation scripts and data pipelines using:
• Python
• Scala
• Java
• Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) workflows.

Data Modelling & Architecture

• Design logical and physical data models, schemas, and optimized data structures.
• Work with tools such as:
• Erwin Data Modeler
• IDERA ER/Studio
• Luna Modeler
• Toad Data Modeler

Database & Platform Management

• Work with Relational (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases.
• Use SQL editors and database tools to optimize queries and manage large datasets.

Required Skills

Strong experience in SQL & Data Analysis

Hands-on experience in Data Visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker)

Programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java for automation

Strong knowledge of Data Modelling & Database Design

Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases

Ability to work with large and complex datasets

Tools & Technologies

Programming: Python / Scala / Java / Others with Scripting knowledge

Databases: SQL Coding Capability over RDBMS & NoSQL exposure

Data Visualization: Power BI / Tableau / Google Looker / Others

Data Modeling: Erwin DM / IDERA ER Studio / Luna Modeler / Toad Data Point / Others

Other Tools:

SQL Editors, Data Analytics platforms

Education
