Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust security controls to protect sensitive data across on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies to prevent data exfiltration and leakage.
  • Configure and optimize cloud security controls within AWS and Azure environments.
  • Implement and manage cloud security solutions such as Netskope and Zscaler.
  • Conduct periodic security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and risk mitigation planning.
  • Monitor security events and respond to potential data security incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and application teams to integrate security best practices into system design.
  • Stay updated with evolving cybersecurity threats, cloud security trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote security awareness and provide guidance to stakeholders on data protection best practices.

Experience Required:

  • 6-8 years of experience in Security Engineering or Data Security roles.
  • Hands-on experience with DLP tools and cloud security technologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud security frameworks.
  • Experience with CASB/SSE tools such as Netskope and Zscaler.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance standards.
