Job Description:

Titan, a leading company in the digital industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our Analytics & Insights team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Data Scientist at Titan, you will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will drive business decisions and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights

- Develop predictive models and algorithms to support business objectives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions

- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data science and incorporate them into our processes and strategies

- Continuously improve and optimize existing data models and processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data science or analytics role

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Additional Parameters:

- Experience in the digital industry is a plus

- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus

- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus
