About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with deep expertise in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-driven personalization . The ideal candidate will design, implement, and deploy intelligent systems that optimize hospitality operations, elevate customer experience, and power next-gen AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML models for predictive analytics, personalization, and optimization in the hospitality domain .
• Develop and fine-tune Generative AI solutions using LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) .
• Build and scale AI applications leveraging LangChain , Hugging Face Transformers , and OpenAI SDK .
• Perform statistical analysis and data exploration to uncover business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into operational workflows.
• Work with Databricks for scalable data processing and model deployment.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in AI / ML / GenAI .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning , Data Science , and Predictive Analytics .
• Proficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras .
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and SQL .
• Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques .
• Familiarity with LangChain , Transformers , OpenAI SDK , and Hugging Face .
• Experience in the hospitality or travel domain is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
