Must-Have Skills and Experience

Core Machine Learning & Data Science

Advanced knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques

Expertise in ensemble methods, tree-based models, and time-series forecasting

Strong experience in feature engineering, model optimization, and performance tuning

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy)

Cloud AI Development

Experience deploying ML models on Azure

Familiarity with MLOps pipelines, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD workflows

Deep Learning

Hands-on experience with CNNs, RNNs, and transformer-based architectures

Proficiency in TensorFlow or PyTorch for building and deploying models

Experience in NLP and computer vision applications

Leadership & Collaboration

Ability to manage data science teams and guide project execution

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience in solutioning and proposal development for client engagements
