About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Data Scientist to architect and deploy next-generation speech intelligence systems powering large-scale healthcare and insurance automation.
You will design production-grade ASR pipelines capable of understanding multilingual, noisy, real-world enterprise conversations enabling AI agents to automate complex business workflows.
What Youll Do
- Build end-to-end speech analytics pipelines for production environments
- Develop state-of-the-art ASR systems using Wav2Vec, Whisper, DeepSpeech
- Optimize speaker diarization and language identification systems
- Implement multilingual and noise-robust speech models
- Lead domain adaptation and model optimization strategies
- Design evaluation metrics for speech quality and enhancement
- Deploy scalable speech solutions on AWS/GCP
- Contribute to research, patents, and innovation in speech AI
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years in Speech Processing / ASR systems
- Strong PyTorch or TensorFlow expertise
- Experience in multilingual speech and noisy audio environments
- Exposure to speaker-conditioned personalization
- Production MLOps experience for speech systems
- Strong programming in Python (C++/Java a plus)
Preferred
- PhD / MTech in Signal Processing / Speech / CS
- Research publications or patents
- Experience optimizing on-device ASR models
