What Youll Do

• Design end-to-end data pipelines for operational data from diverse sources
• Develop advanced propensity models (e.g., payment likelihood, risk segmentation) to solve core business problems
• Create real-time dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for operational performance tracking
• Perform statistical analysis to optimize field force efficiency and collection strategies
• Lead A/B testing of operational interventions and repayment solutions
• Ensure data integrity across high-volume transactional systems
• Mentor junior team members on operational analytics best practices

What Were Looking For

• 3-8 years in Data roles at operations-heavy startups (fintech, logistics, e-commerce, or similar)
• For Senior Candidates (4-8 yrs): Proven propensity modeling experience is mandatory
• Degree in Statistics, CS, Economics, or related quantitative field
• Expertise in:
• SQL + Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
• Power BI/Tableau
• Statistical modeling for operational decision-making
• Startup-ready mindset: Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Built data solutions for field operations or high-frequency workflows
• Hands-on propensity modeling for customer behavior prediction
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) + Big Data tools (Spark/Hadoop)
• Fintech/financial services background (especially collections/lending)
• Experience with CRM/operational BI platforms
