The Role - Work closely with the leadership team to build and scale data science capabilities. This role requires ownership, adaptability, and the ability to evolve systems from early-stage execution to scalable processes.

• Model Development & Deployment (40%)

Algorithm design & model optimization

Production deployment & system integration

Model monitoring & performance tracking

Technical leadership & strategic projects

• Analytics & Insights (60%)

Statistical analysis & hypothesis testing

Advanced machine learning (ML, AI, Python, Java and other technologies)

End-to-end project life-cycle management

Stakeholder communication & insight presentation

• Essential Experience -

5-8 years in data science in fast-paced environments

Proven machine learning implementation success
