Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Network Optimization and Supply Chain analytics to design, build, and deploy scalable data science and optimization solutions. The role requires deep hands-on experience with graph-based modeling, PySpark, Databricks, and Azure cloud platforms , along with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer .
• Mandatory: 3+ years of domain experience in Supply Chain analytics .
• Strong hands-on experience in network design, optimization, and graph-based modeling .
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with required time overlap.

Technical Skills

Programming & Data Science

• Strong proficiency in Python
• pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch

Big Data & Distributed Computing

• Advanced expertise in PySpark for large-scale data processing and ML development

Databricks

• Databricks notebooks and workflows
• Delta Lake
• MLflow (training, tracking, deployment)

Cloud Platforms

• Azure ML
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Data Lake Storage
• Azure Synapse Analytics

Databases

• Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation

Graph & Optimization Tools

• NetworkX
• Graph algorithms and network flows
• Combinatorial optimization
• Familiarity with supply chain network design tools (Llamasoft, AnyLogistix) is a plus
