Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models. You will drive innovation across predictive analytics, GenAI integration, and scalable ML pipelines, contributing to strategic decision-making and product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML models for classification, regression, NLP, and recommendation systems.
• Architect and optimize ML pipelines using GCP services (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Functions).
• Apply GenAI techniques including LLMs, RAG frameworks (e.g., EasyRAG), and prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed models into enterprise applications.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Ensure model governance, fairness, explainability, and compliance with data privacy standards.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to AI/ML strategy and roadmap.

Required Skills

• Strong programming in Python; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on with GCP and MLOps tools.
• Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, EasyRAG).
• Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Familiarity with front-end integration (Angular is a plus).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Nice to have understanding of Identity & Access Management domain.
