Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Scientistspecialisingin forecasting and predictive analysis. The role involves building robust forecasting models to drive supplychain, sales, or demand planning decisions. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while delivering business-aligned solutions.

Must-Have Skills & Tools

• Advancedproficiencyin Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with time-series analysis and forecasting techniques
• Strong knowledge of feature engineering and model deployment
• Ability to interpret results, explain model outcomes, and present insights clearly
• Good understanding of datavisualisationtools and automation techniques

Good to Have

• Prior experience developing sales, demand, or inventory forecasting models
• Familiarity with ML model lifecycle and pipeline automation (Airflow,MLflow, etc.)
• Understanding of business operations and financial metrics related to forecasting

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implementaccurateforecasting models using statistical and machine learning methods
• Analyze time-series data toidentifypatterns and seasonality
• Work closely with business stakeholders toprovideactionable forecasting insights
• Support automation and optimization of data pipelines for continuous model improvement
