Role Overview

Were looking for an energetic and skilled Data Scientist to join EXLs analytics team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data-driven problem solving, with the ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize predictive & statistical models.
• Perform data mining, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Work with large structured/unstructured datasets across domains.
• Build ML solutions using Python/R and deploy them into production environments.
• Present insights and model outcomes to stakeholders with clarity and impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML algorithms.
• Experience with statistical modeling, regression, classification, segmentation, etc.
• Hands-on experience with EDA, data wrangling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred).
• Experience deploying models or working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
