Data Scientist

You will leverage your collaboration skills and ability to extract valuable insights from complex datasets to ask the right questions and find the right answers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze raw data: assess quality, cleanse, and structure it for downstream processing.
• Design accurate and scalable prediction algorithms.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to bring analytical prototypes to production.
• Generate actionable insights for business improvements.
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in large datasets.
• Build predictive models to forecast risks and prevent issues.
• Create monthly & quarterly reports with clear recommendations.
• Present findings to leadership and recommend data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
• 13 years experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning, clustering, and classification algorithms.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C, C++, Java, SQL).
• Familiarity with big data frameworks and visualization tools (Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra, Tableau, Power BI).

Skills & Competencies

• Proven expertise in data analytics, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Strong ability to translate data into operational strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
