Role Overview:

As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in improving and optimising the models that drive Arctans real-time speech AI. Youll work on analysing, processing, and modelling data to make our systems smarter.

What you'll do:

• Develop and fine-tune Speech to Speech machine learning models
• Experiment with data-driven solutions to enhance AI performance.
• Work on feature engineering and dataset preparation to train robust models.
• Collaborate with the team to evaluate and deploy models into production.

You should apply if you have:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Data Science
• Deep understanding of architectures like diffusion models, GANs, and attention-based models
• Experience with PyTorch and audio toolkits (ESPnet, torchaudio, Kaldi, etc.)
• Startup mindset: comfort with ambiguity, high agency, fast execution

Nice to Have:

• Background in ASR, TTS, voice conversion, or related areas
• Deployment experience on edge or browser
• Exposure to MLOps practices
