Employment Type: Fixed-term contract (5 years, extendable)

What Youll Do

Lead end-to-end AI/ML strategy and execution aligned with RBI / Central Banking objectives

Design, develop & deploy predictive, prescriptive & recommendation models

Apply advanced techniques in ML, NLP, Deep Learning & Computer Vision

Build scalable solutions using MLOps, Big Data & Cloud platforms

Lead & mentor a top-class team of data scientists, analysts & engineers

Collaborate with Product, IT & Business teams to solve complex challenges

Drive ethical AI practices, governance & regulatory compliance

Communicate insights effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders

What You Should Bring

Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Statistical Modelling & Data Mining

Hands-on experience with Python / R, Spark, Hadoop

Deep knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OpenShift)

Strong understanding of MLOps pipelines & scalable deployments

Exposure to Power BI / data visualization tools

Experience handling high-scale data & enterprise data pipelines

Strong leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills

Education:

Bachelors in Engineering / Management (Masters preferred)

Certifications: Big Data / Data Science certifications preferred
