Role Overview

As a Technical Analyst (TA) for the Data Science Programs, you will play an essential role in enhancing the academic experience of our learners. You will support faculty during live classes, resolve learner doubts, evaluate assignments, and ensure high learner engagement and success across data science and business analytics modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Live & Recorded Sessions: Assist faculty during synchronous sessions by managing learner questions, resolving technical issues, and highlighting common doubts.
• Doubt Resolution: Provide timely academic support on forums, emails, and during scheduled doubt-clearing sessions for topics such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Excel, Statistics, and ML.
• Assignment & Project Evaluation: Grade submissions with attention to detail and offer constructive feedback based on rubrics.
• Learner Tracking: Monitor learner performance, identify those at risk, and share timely reports with the academic team.
• Capstone Guidance: Assist in guiding learners through capstone projects and case-based assignments aligned with industry use cases.
• Content and Platform Support: Help update course material, quizzes, solutions, and ensure LMS hygiene.
• Engagement and Feedback: Foster community interaction on discussion forums and collect feedback to improve learning outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Mandatory Skills:

• Tools: Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau
• Concepts: Descriptive & inferential statistics, data visualization, supervised and unsupervised ML, business problem-solving with data

Preferred Skills:

• Data Engineering, Deep Learning, TensorFlow, Keras, Airflow, Azure, DataBricks, Hadoop, Mongo DB, Cassandra, Flink etc.
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or peer instruction experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly to early-career professionals.

Preferred Experience:

• 12 years of industry experience in analytics or data science roles.
• Familiarity with learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Zoom).
