Data Science Manager We are looking for an experienced Data Science Manager to lead a team of data scientists in building scalable analytics and machine learning solutions. This role combines technical expertise, people leadership, and business acumen to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities  Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists and analysts  Define data science strategy aligned with business objectives  Oversee development and deployment of machine learning models  Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders  Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights  Ensure best practices in model development, validation, and monitoring  Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and advanced analytics initiatives  Manage project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation  Stay current with emerging data science tools and techniques Required Skills & Qualifications  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field  7+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with leadership experience  Strong expertise in Python/R and machine learning frameworks  Solid understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and AI techniques  Experience with SQL, big data technologies, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills  Experience deploying models into production environments Preferred Qualifications  PhD in a quantitative field  Experience in MLOps, model monitoring, and automation  Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, or computer vision  Prior experience in agile or product-driven environments This is an Internal document.
