Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

Must have 4+ years of IT experience
Should have the capability to understand requirements and convert to design and provide pass the same seamlessly to the team who is working on the same.
Extensive knowledge on statistical and analytical analysis
Knowledge of validated approaches for scale-ability, productionalizing models and implementing machine learning applied to expansive and diverse datasets.
Experienced user of machine learning and statistical-analysis libraries, such as OpenCV, scikit-learn, Pandas, SciPy, NumPy, Matplotlib, etc.
Area of expertise in forecasting and basics of data engineering.
An inquisitive mindset and strong analytical skills for complex problem solving, and an aptitude for learning systems quickly.

Good-to-Have

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written & oral communication and listening skills.
Should come up with the work estimation and should provide inputs to managers on resource and risk planning.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on Unix shell scripting
Ability to coordinate with SMEs , stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation & provide on time status
Familiarity with state-of-the-art cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, container is a plus.
