Data Science Lead NLP & Generative AI

Experience: 58 years

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop end-to-end NLP and Generative AI solutions including text classification, summarization, conversational AI, and RAG systems

* Build, fine-tune, and evaluate LLM-based models using transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, T5, LLaMA)

* Implement embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, and prompt engineering workflows

* Build scalable ML pipelines using deep learning and hybrid ML architectures

* Deploy models using MLOps practices on cloud (Azure preferred)

* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI solutions

Required Skills:

* Strong experience in NLP and Generative AI development

* Proficiency with Python, Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK

* Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow

* Hands-on experience building RAG architectures and vector search systems

* Strong understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and productionization

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
