Role Description

The AVP-Sales (Edtech) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vijayawada. The role involves managing and leading sales activities, setting and achieving sales targets, and building strong client relationships. The individual will develop and execute effective sales strategies, lead a sales team to drive business growth, and oversee sales operations to ensure efficiency. This role requires proactively identifying new opportunities, penetrating new markets, and facilitating communication between teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive initiatives, meet targets, and foster long-term client relationships.
• Experience in Account Management and Sales Operations for ensuring seamless client engagement and operational efficiency.
• Proven skills in Business Development to identify and capitalize on new opportunities and expand market reach.
• Ability to lead, coach, and manage high-performing sales teams effectively.
• Willing to travel extensively across region for business requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in the education or EdTech industry is highly advantageous.
• Should have 4 wheeler and valid license
