This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor, based in Coimbatore. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, providing necessary program details, and assisting with career-related advice. The role involves engaging with students to understand their career aspirations, promoting FACE Prep programs, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the Admission Counselor will actively participate in student recruitment activities and work closely with the education team to align candidate profiles with suitable opportunities.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and professionally with students and their families
• Proficiency in Sales and Student Recruiting to guide and attract students to appropriate programs
• Knowledge of the Education sector and ability to align students career interests with relevant courses
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelors degree in any discipline is preferred; experience in admission counseling or education sales is a plus
• Proficiency in using digital and communication tools is an advantage
