Data Reliability Specialist

Job Location: Hyderabad, Indore and Ahmedabad (India)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Observability Engineer between 3-5 years of experience to enhance the monitoring and reliability of our SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing observability standards, improving system visibility, and ensuring proactive detection of performance issues across microservices. This role focuses on building scalable monitoring frameworks, optimizing observability tools, and enabling data-driven insights to improve application health and user experience.

Role:

Implement and maintain Open Telemetry standards across microservices to enable consistent observability.

Build and maintain actionable dashboards to monitor SaaS application health and user experience.

Manage the observability vendor stack to optimize cost, data volume, and monitoring effectiveness.

Automate log analysis processes to detect patterns and anomalies in system behavior.

Create proactive alerting mechanisms to identify unknown unknowns and prevent potential incidents.

Continuously improve monitoring frameworks to reduce alert noise and enhance signal quality.

What we need?

• Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
