Job Summary:
We are looking for a Data Product Owner with strong data management and SQL expertise to drive the roadmap and delivery of enterprise data products. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to translate initiatives into scalable product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business initiatives into actionable product features and user stories
- Define product roadmap (short-term tactical and long-term strategic)
- Lead feature definition, backlog grooming and prioritization sessions
- Define acceptance criteria and UAT test cases
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across geographies
- Support governance processes for assigned data products
- Analyze complex data and simplify business problems
- Explore tools/platforms internally and externally for effective solutioning
- Work closely with UX/UI teams for product usability
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in Data Product Ownership or Data Management
- Strong SQL proficiency (complex queries, joins, aggregations)
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Bachelors or Masters degree in IT / Computer Science / Statistics / Mathematics
- Excellent stakeholder communication and alignment skills
