Data Product Manager

About the Role

As a Data Product Manager in our Product team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineering, analytics, product, and various business units. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, building, and scaling internal data platforms and tools that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What you will do

• Define and manage the roadmap for internal data products and self-serve analytics tools
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective product solutions
• Create and implement a framework for monitoring data quality and standardizing data across sources, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and usability.
• Drive the adoption and usage of data tools by ensuring they are intuitive, reliable, and aligned with business needs
• Serve as a central point of contact for all product-related data initiatives, bridging gaps between technical and non-technical teams

Qualifications

What you will need

• 2 to 3 years of experience in product management, data engineering, or data platform roles
• Good understanding of data warehouse architecture and data transformation workflows
• Experience with modern data stack tools such as BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt, and BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
