Responsibilities:

Recommends process improvements and alternative solutions while ensuring highquality problem resolution.
Builds comprehensive knowledge of QC checks through handson experience and training.
Performs online survey testing, data exports, and daily/postfieldwork reporting.
Conducts data quality control using SPSS/Excel, applies corrections, and codes openended responses.
Creates and maintains guidelines/documentation and collaborates with analysts, project managers, and data management teams on survey development.

Skills and Requirements:

5+ years of PMR industry experience with strong project management, client relationship, and influencing skills.
Advanced MS Excel skills, excellent SPSS proficiency, and familiarity with Confirmit/Codeit or similar survey tools.
Strong understanding of PMR data structures, questionnaires, and ability to create/run datacheck tools; Python knowledge is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, multitasking ability, and strong communication skills.
Able to manage complex projects, juggle priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification: Masters Degree in Sociology, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
