About the Role

Role: Data Platforms DevSecOps Engineer

Experience: 47 Years

Work Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Mon to Thu Office Mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Support Databricks platform operations, monitoring jobs, clusters, performance, and user access.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation using Azure DevOps, Terraform, and DevOp s tools.
• Support security patches, governance policies, RBAC, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, BI teams, and business users for platform support.
• Document operational processes, runbooks, and troubleshooting steps.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud (mandatory)
• Handson experience with Databricks (Unity Catalog, clusters, workspaces, access policies, etc.)
• Experience in DevSecOps, cloud security, or data governance roles
• SQL / Python / PySpark
• Orchestration tools like ADF, Airflow, FiveTran, Qlik, Databricks Workflows
• APIs (REST, GraphQL, SFTP, MuleSoft, Webhooks)
• CI/CD with Azure DevOps / GitHub
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks: SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, GxP

Required Skills

• Strong communication and documentation skills
