Summary: As a Data Platform Engineer, you will assist with the data platform blueprint and design, collaborating with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models. You will contribute to the relevant data platform components and play a crucial role in the success of our data engineering projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - 10-12 years exp in designing, developing, and implementing master data management solutions - Techno-functional knowledge about SAP Finance domain, particularly around Master data COA, Cost Center, Profit Center and Project/WBS elements - Hands on experience with data profiling, data quality rules, data governance, data validation, cleansing, migration - Experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP ERP/S4 HANA implementation projects preferred - Hands-on experience with MDM tools like SAP MDG, Reltio, Informatica or equivalent - Experience in data process mapping, modelling, documentation, and maintenance - Good analytical skills, and ability to perform technical analysis on large amount of data. - Hands on experience with MS suite of products excel, word, ppt, Visio - Hands on experience in using testing and Agile tools for projects - Experience with monitoring MDM Performance metrics and KPIs to track data quality, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Experience in data process discovery, design, and improvement, ability to analyze and provide input and support for the development / streamlining of Finance Master Data processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Master Data Management (MDM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Business Requirements Analysis, SAP HANA Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms. - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
