Summary: As a Data Platform Architect, you will be responsible for architecting the data platform blueprint and implementing the design. You will collaborate with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing data platform components, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the integrity and efficiency of the data platform. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Design and implement the data platform blueprint. - Collaborate with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models. - Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. - Ensure the integrity and efficiency of the data platform. - Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the data platform. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and engineering. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering. - Strong understanding of data architecture principles and best practices. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes. - Knowledge of data modeling and database design. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark. - Experience with data governance and data quality management. - Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Data Engineering. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
