Job Description:

Join our team supporting in Bangalore, where you will play a key role in designing and maintaining data dashboards and performance reporting to drive operational excellence. You will build and automate Power BI reports, integrate data from multiple sources via APIs and ETL pipelines, and manage data workflows using Power Automate, PowerShell, and SharePoint. Leveraging advanced Excel skills, you will work with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Azure/AWS to ensure reliable data storage and processing. Your responsibilities include monitoring operational KPIs, ensuring data quality, and providing actionable insights to track performance and support business decision-making.

Your Missions:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and performance reports
• Automate reporting workflows using Power Automate, PowerShell, and SharePoint
• Integrate data from multiple sources via APIs and ETL pipelines
• Manage and optimize data workflows and storage using Snowflake and other cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Conduct advanced data analysis using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure data quality across reporting systems
• Provide actionable insights to support business decision-making and performance tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and reporting requirements

Your Profile:

• Experience in data analytics, reporting, or operations performance (4+ years)
• Proficiency with Power BI for dashboarding, data modeling, and DAX
• Experience with reporting automation tools (Power Automate, PowerShell, SharePoint)
• Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis, pivot tables, and formulas
• Basic programming and query skills (SQL or similar)
• Experience with APIs and ETL pipelines for data integration
• Familiarity with data lake and cloud platforms (Snowflake preferred)
• Exposure to Azure and/or AWS environments is a plus
• English level B2 or higher
• Based in Bangalore, India
