Job Description:
- Experience in Routing, Switching (Cisco) and wireless
- Troubleshooting Network Operations issues
- Exposure to DR Activities (Network DR)
- Good networking protocols and standards such as TCP/IP, OSI, UDP, Layer2(VLANS, STP, VTP), Routing Protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) WAN technologies (IPsec, VPNs, MPLS, Qos)
- Knowledge of redundant protocols HSRP, VRRP and GLBP
Experience on ITIL process & handling Incident, change & Problem management
