Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for aData Mining & Lead Generation Executive to support our IT services sales and marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, collecting, validating, and managing high-quality leads from multiple online and offline sources to support business development activities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify potential clients for IT services such asWeb Development, Mobile Apps, AI/ML, Cloud, ERP, SaaS, and Digital Transformation
  • Research companies and decision-makers using platforms like:
  • LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Clutch, GoodFirms, Upwork, Freelancer
  • Company websites, job portals, startup directories
  • Extract accurate contact details (Name, Email, Phone, Role, Company)
  • Lead Research & Data Mining


Data Management

  • Maintain and update lead databases inCRM, Excel, Google Sheets, or internal tools
  • Clean, validate, and de-duplicate data regularly
  • Categorize leads based on geography, industry, company size, and service requirements


Market & Competitor Research

  • Analyze target industries, markets, and competitors
  • Identify trends and potential opportunities in IT services demand


Campaign Support

  • Support email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling campaigns
  • Provide lead lists aligned with specific marketing or sales campaigns
  • Track lead status and conversion readiness


Reporting

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on:
  • Number of leads generated
  • Lead quality
  • Source performance


Required SkillsTechnical & Tools

  • Strong internet research and data mining skills
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Google Search (advanced operators)
  • Excel / Google Sheets
  • CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce preferred)


Soft Skills

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic understanding of IT services and technology trends


Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (IT, Business, Marketing preferred)
  • Experience inB2B lead generation for IT companies
  • Knowledge of email outreach tools (Apollo, Hunter, Snov, etc.) is a plus
