Data Migration – Quality Analyst

Position

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek for a Data Migration QA to join ourCBI Department, which stands for Corporate Banking IT.

Our department is at the heart of many large and deep IT transformation programs of the Bank.

Loanscape is one of such strategic programs of the bank that is aimed at transforming the CACIB financing value chain from Front Office (FO) to Back Office (BO), including Finance and Risk.

This program has been set up to optimize processes by providing a set of interconnected solutions, based on a shared data approach globally.

Data Migration Business Analyst will be primarily responsible to manage migration activities from legacy lending platforms to FIS CLS.

Main responsibilities

As aSeniorQA,

Functionalsolutiontesting accountability:

• Contribute tomigration activities from legacy lending platforms to FIS CLS.
• Collaborate with SMEstotestmapping rules and logic for migration
• Test the migration loading to CLS in acontrolled environment to refine the process of executing all defined activities requiredfor the data migration
• Support operations teams for data review and enrichments
• Define andperformend to end dress rehearsals and production migration
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness during the migration lifecycle

Qualifications and Profile

The position requires aminimum of8yearsofrelevantsoftware testingexperience, withhands-on experienceonCommercial Lending Solution (CLS) or ACBS.

Education Required:

Bachelors orMasters degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.

Primary skills

• Domain& Productknowledge:Structured Finance.ExpertiseinCommercial Lending domain, with hands-on experienceon FISCommercial Lending Solutions(CLS) or ACBS
• Test Management:Proficiencyin designing, executing test cases, both manually, and using automated tools, to verify that the software behaves as expected by users.
• Data Analysis:Proficiencyin tools like SQL, Excel, data visualization software (e.g.PowerBI) for extracting insights from large datasets.
• Data Migration:Hands-on experience on any ETL toolPreferred
• Advanced communication skills: ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, present findings, and write functional/technical documentation.
• Stakeholdersmanagement:ability toidentify, analyze, and manage the expectations and requirements of stakeholders. Establish andmaintainpositive relationships with stakeholders to ensure their support and cooperation.

Secondary skills

• Agile methodologies: understanding of agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban and related project management tools (JIRA).
• Behavior Driven Development (BDD):Hands-on experience of frameworks and practices, with experience using Cucumber/Gherkin, and X-ray tools.
• Parameter-driven applications:familiarity with enterprise systems like Finastra FBTI using messageinjectionsuch as XML.
• Critical and analytical thinking:capabilityto analyze complex business problems, prioritize requirements, and propose innovative solutions.
• System analysis:proficiencyfor documenting system requirements and workflows, familiarity with documentation system (e.g.confluence, UML).
• API integration:Understanding ofAPI integration and web services that may be in scope of end-to-end testing with external systems.
