Goals and deliverables

Main responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Analyst,

• Lead migration activities from legacy lending platforms to FIS CLS.
• Define data migration strategy
• Collaborate with SMEs to design mapping rules and logic for migration Design and build tool to collect, prepare, map and load data if needed (Orchestration tool for API and / or Assembly database)
• Support operations teams for data review and enrichments
• Test the migration loading to CLS in acontrolled environment to refine the process of executing all defined activities requiredfor the data migration
• Define and perform end to end dress rehearsals and production migration
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness during the migration lifecycle

Qualifications and Profile

The position requires aminimum of8yearsof relevantBusiness Analysis experience, with atleast 5 yearsonCommercial Lending Solution (CLS) or ACBS.

Certifications:

Agile ACP or CSM, CBAP or equivalent will provide an advantage.

Education Required:

Bachelors orMasters degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.

Primary skills

Functionalknowledge :Structured Finance

Domain & Product knowledge:Expertisein Commercial Lending domain, with hands-on experience on FIS Commercial Lending Solutions (CLS) or ACBS

Data Analysis:proficiencyin tools like SQL, Excel, data visualization software (e.g.PowerBI) for extracting insights from large datasets.

Data Migration:Hands-on experience on any ETL tool Requirement management:expertisein documenting, analyzing, and refining project design requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications.

Process modeling:Proficiencyin business process modeling and workflow design, using tools such as MSVisio,BPMN.

Advanced communication skills:ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, present findings, and write functional/technical documentation.Stakeholdersmanagement:ability toidentify, analyze, and manage the expectations and requirements of stakeholders.

Establish andmaintainpositive relationships with stakeholders to ensure their support and cooperation.

Testing organization and execution:Proficiencyin designing, executing test cases, both manually, and using automated tools, to verify that the software behaves as expected by users.

Secondary skills

Agile methodologies:understanding of agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban and related project management tools (JIRA).

Behavior Driven Development (BDD):Hands-on experience of frameworks and practices, with experience using Cucumber/Gherkin, and X-ray tools. Parameter-driven applications: familiarity with enterprise systems like Finastra FBTI using messageinjectionsuch as XML.

Critical and analytical thinking:capabilityto analyze complex business problems, prioritize requirements, and propose innovative solutions.

System analysis:proficiencyfor documenting system requirements and workflows, familiarity with documentation system (e.g.confluence, UML).

API integration:Understanding ofAPI integration and web services that may be in scope of end-to-end testing with external systems.

Project management:experience leading and delivering small to medium projects with several contributors within delay,budgetand quality expectations.
