We are hiring a Senior Manager Data Governance & Execution for a leading global financial services organization to drive enterprise-wide data governance and data management initiatives within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) domain.

Role Overview

This leadership role focuses on owning data governance strategy, managing large teams, and partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-impact data programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams across Data Governance, Data Quality, Controls & Compliance
• Define and execute the Data Governance maturity roadmap
• Drive enterprise data initiatives across business and technology functions
• Oversee reporting, metrics, control frameworks, and risk management
• Manage budgets, resources, and delivery commitments
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean / Six Sigma practices
• Build, mentor, and retain high-performing leadership teams

Key Requirements

• Business Execution / Strategy / Program Management roles
• People leadership (large teams preferred)
• Strong experience in Data Governance / Data Management / Data Operations
• Exposure to banking or financial services environments preferred
• Hands-on knowledge of data platforms, governance tools & cloud ecosystems
• Strong stakeholder engagement and execution skills
