Job Description
Job Title: Data Infosec / Data Governance Analyst
Shift Timing: 12:30 PM 9:30 PM
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years
Primary Responsibilities
Data Governance & Data Leakage
- Collaborate with Desk Heads, Technology, and Operational Risk teams to define and implement the Sensitive Data Security Program , including data cataloging and key control mechanisms.
- Perform BAU activities related to privacy governance and data protection processes.
- Develop business requirements, procedures, and documentation for initiatives under the Information Management program.
- Define and manage end-to-end workflow and platform requirements , covering client interfaces, internal systems, product inventories, entitlements, APIs, and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Improve internal efficiencies related to how data is used, managed, and governed within ISG.
- Design and implement frameworks to manage client data requests through efficient processes and technology solutions.
- Partner with global ISG Business Control Unit (BCU) to drive automation and standardization across applicable processes.
- Monitor, enhance, and create data control frameworks to mitigate data leakage risks.
- Identify, analyze, escalate, and remediate data leakage incidents .
- Perform email surveillance for outbound emails sent to external domains.
- Analyze and escalate incidents related to email misdirection or cyber security events .
- Provide policy-based exceptions to users after conducting due diligence.
- Represent the Business Unit in firmwide governance forums and working groups related to entitlements and data leakage.
Risk Projects
- Lead and support risk-related projects linked to supervisory platforms and information security programs.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and standard operating procedures.
- Identify and drive process improvement, efficiency, and productivity initiatives within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Graduate or MBA with relevant professional experience.
- 12 years of experience in Data Governance, Privacy Governance, Trade Compliance, Risk Management, Information Management, Trade Surveillance, or Trading Support .
- Strong knowledge of Equity products ; exposure to Fixed Income products is mandatory.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements, control frameworks, and risk escalation processes .
Good to Have
- Prior experience in a Risk, Control, or Compliance role.
- Exposure to Sales & Trading environments.

Candidates must have relevant experience in Data Governance, Trade Compliance, Risk Management . Profiles without relevant exposure in these areas will not be considered.
