Data Governance: Senior Vice President: C14: Mumbai

Looking for a strategic and technical proficient Senior Lead Data Architecture Analyst with the primary focus on data analytics and data governance. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for architecting, enhancing and managing enterprise-wide data architecture. That enable advanced analytics, ensure data governance and support data-driven decision making at scale. Will be focused on cross functional team in designing and implementing solution that delivers actionable insight while maintaining data integrity, security and compliance with the regulatory reports.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze system / application architecture; ensures that architecture conforms to enterprise blueprints.
• Designing scalable data architecture that support analytical needs including data modeling, integration, and storage solution.
• Establish an enforced, robust data governance framework that encompasses data quality, data security, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the organization adheres to the best practices and policies.
• Researches and produces standards documents.
• Develops technology road maps, while keeping up to date with emerging technologies, and recommends business directions based on these technologies
• Collaborate with data engineer and analysts to ensure that the data architecture enables effective reporting, dashboarding, and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Partner with Technology to develop data pipelines that integrate data from various systems for analytics and reporting, ensuring the accuracy and availability of data for decision making.
• Understand and create data classification, metadata management and implementation of data governance framework.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of data architecture and pipelines to ensure that they meet business requirement, analytics needs, and governance policies.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data architecture, analytics, and governments to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
• Exhibits sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information.
• Requires sophisticated analytical thought to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations
• Acts as an advisor or mentor to junior team members
• Performs other job duties and functions as assigned

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall experience.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant data architecture, Data analytics are data governance.
• Experience in designing and implementing large scale enterprise level data architecture that support advanced analytics and reporting
• Advanced proficiency with database technologies like SQL, NoSQL, cloud-based databases and data modeling methodologies like Star schema and Snowflake schema.
• Strong experience working with data analytics and business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau to deliver actionable insight
• Proven experience and metadata management, Master metadata and data lineage practices.
• Proficiency with data governance tools like Collibra.
• Knowledge of data governance principle including data quality management, data security and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill with the ability to work with data from various sources and systems.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Effective communication and collaboration skill to work with data analyst engineers and business stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and stay current with the latest technologies in the data architecture, analytics and governance

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
