Project Role Description : Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage; and drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance.

Summary:
As a Data Governance Practitioner, you will establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Your typical day will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitating effective data collection, storage, access, and usage, and driving data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance. You will engage in discussions with various teams to align on data governance strategies and ensure that best practices are followed throughout the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance frameworks and policies.
- Support training and awareness programs to promote data governance best practices across the organization.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Databricks, Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
- Familiarity with data quality assessment and improvement techniques.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform governance decisions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Collibra Data Governance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
