We are seeking a Data Governance Specialist to establish and maintain robust data governance frameworks ensuring data quality, compliance, and transparency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Data Governance policies and standards across business units.
• Drive MDM (Master Data Management) initiatives to ensure consistency and accuracy of critical data.
• Monitor and improve Data Quality through validation, profiling, and cleansing processes.
• Establish and maintain Data Lineage to track data flow and transformations across systems.
• Manage Metadata effectively to support data discovery and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define governance roles, responsibilities, and workflows.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and organisational compliance for data handling.

Good to Have

• Experience with data governance tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, BI tools , and ETL processes .
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
