Role Overview:

We are looking for an Engineering Delivery Lead with a strong Data Engineering foundation who can drive large-scale programs, own delivery end-to-end, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive end-to-end delivery of data engineering programs

Define and execute data/product roadmap aligned with business goals

Lead and scale cross-functional teams (50120 members)

Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and process efficiency

Manage stakeholders across business and technology teams

Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in Data Engineering

Proven experience in Delivery/Program Management

Expertise in roadmap planning and execution

Experience managing large teams (50+ members)

Strong stakeholder management & communication skills

Strong Exposure to SQL, Big Data (Hadoop/Spark), Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
