We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer / Data Engineering Lead to join our growing data platform team. This role involves building scalable data pipelines, mentoring engineers, and driving best practices across our data engineering ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable data pipelines and distributed data processing systems

Provide technical direction and mentorship to data engineering teams

Work with Databricks, DBT, Python, and PySpark to build modern data solutions

Ensure best practices in data modeling, testing, quality, and storage

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment

Improve data development lifecycle and engineering efficiency

Required Skills:

Strong programming experience in Python and SQL

Hands-on experience with PySpark and Databricks

Experience with DBT for data transformations

Knowledge of Linux shell scripting

Experience building data solutions on AWS / Azure / GCP

Strong understanding of data modeling, testing, and quality frameworks
