Data Engineer

ROLE OVERVIEW :

LOCATION : BANGALORE/MUMBAI (onsite work type)

Were looking for a Data Engineer who thinks beyond pipelines. This is not a pure ETL role we need someone who understands analytics, user behavior, and business impact, and who can design data systems that directly improve decision-making and models.

You should be comfortable working across architecture, analytics, and feedback loops structuring data not just to move it, but to MAKE IT ACTIONABLE.

• Design and build scalable data architectures on GCP
• Develop robust batch and streaming data pipelines
• Structure datasets for:

Cohort analysis

User behavior tracking

Business performance metrics

• Enable experimentation, model improvement, and decision intelligence
• Implement feedback loops between product usage, analytics, and data models
• Translate business questions into well-designed data models
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to drive measurable outcomes
