Plan, coordinate, and deliver data engineering projects on time.
Set clear goals, define scopes, and allocate tasks to team members.
Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Act as a liaison between the team and upper management.
Ensure stakeholders expectations are met with accurate communication.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Encourage innovation, process improvements, and best practices.
