Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in MS SQL Server and MSBI-SSIS to develop and optimize business intelligence solutions
Job Description
- Design develop and optimize ETL processes using MSBI SSIS to support enterprise data integration
- Manage MS SQL Server databases to ensure high performance reliability and scalability Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for BI solutions
- Drive data warehousing initiatives ensuring data accuracy consistency and security
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in MSBI and data management technologies
- Prepare technical documentation and standards to facilitate maintenance and future enhancements
- Engage with stakeholders to provide insights and BI solutions that support strategic decision making
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ETL workflows using MSBISSIS ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Monitor and optimize SQL Server environments focusing on performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Work closely with business analysts and product owners to define data and reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies throughout BI projects
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members on MSBI tools and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards to maintain high-quality BI solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance BI processes tools and overall efficiency
