Role: Data Engineer (Snowflake / dbt)

Location: Pune/Nagpur, MH (Onsite)

Shift: Europe + Partial US EST

Availability: Immediate Joiners are preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Translate technical requirements into working dbt code that meets the needs of our stakeholders.

Collaborate with other DBT developers in an integrated data project for clinical operations.

Develop and maintain high-quality SQL scripts and transformations using dbt for Snowflake.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for development.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing data pipelines and queries.

Ensure adherence to CI/CD principles in collaboration with the DevOps team, utilizing pre-established automated build processes.

Team collaboration using Git, Bitbucket, and Jira for project tracking and collaboration.

Required Skills:

Extensive experience with Snowflake, performance tuning, and optimization.

Proficiency in DBT for building and maintaining data transformations.

Strong SQL skills, with specific knowledge and experience in Snowflake.

Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git and Bitbucket.

Experience using Jira for collaboration.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to find effective solutions quickly.

Proficient in English, with strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the clinical operations domain is a plus.
